See STREET ART and GRAFFITI by today's active artists as we stroll through Barcelona's most diverse neighborhood. We'll discuss HOW and WHY urban art movements have swept the globe so quickly.
Talking Walls Barcelona hosts a daily walking tour designed to inform visitors about the current state of graffiti and street art using Barcelona as a case study. Our meeting point is a park with legal walls where painters are at work most days brushing up on their skills. We’ll talk a little bit about the history and trajectory of street art in Barcelona and the world, then we'll dive into the Raval neighborhood, one of Barcelona's most interesting and diverse areas.
On our walk we'll point out the past, present and future of street art as it continues to unfold in Barcelona. We'll see and discuss pieces by local artists including tags, graffiti burners, paste-ups, stick-ups, stencils, installations, community sponsored murals, and of course, lots and lots of throw-ups. We’ll end our survey at Anden graffiti shop and gallery where street artists from here and away present rotating expositions.
Please use this form to sign up for a tour or for any other inquiry. Let us know what day you would like to come and more or less how many people you are. Tours begin at 11:00 unless otherwise requested. Thanks!
